Payment
Lumi Hair receives payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will not be charged to your account until the item is deseed.
Lumi Hair encrypts all your card information with the so-called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
Delivery
Lumi Hair is trying to demand that the shipment of orders placed before 12:00 am be sent on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 am will not be shipped until the following day.
Lumi Hair arranges delivery with Post Nord (unless otherwise stated) to the recipient on the date requested in the order. However, timely delivery requires Post Nord to comply with day-to-day delivery. Similarly, if there are delays at Post Nord, this will delay delivery in relation to the requested delivery date. Post Danmark's quality target around delivery security is at least 97% for letter packages and a minimum of 99% for parcel mail. Note, however, that these percentages are average and can mask large local and time-limited variations. Lumi Hair cannot be held responsible for delays at Post Nord. In case of very late (several days) or outright missed deliveries, Lumi Hair naturally sends a new delivery free of charge.
Right of complaint
Lumi Hair provides a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including manufacturing and material defects found during the normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover faults, injuries or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by improper operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorised interference. Complaints about defects, which should be discovered by usual examination of the item, must be notified to Lumi Hair within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or by agreement, possibly credit. In connection with complaints, Lumi Hair bears return costs to a reasonable extent.

Item return is also available to this address – please note that we do not receive packages sent per C.O.D. Return can also be made by refusing receipt or delivering the item in person with us. It is not a requirement but the processing is facilitated if adequate information follows the package – e.g. copy of order confirmation, registration number and bank account number to which reimbursement can take place, copy of any prior correspondence, etc.
Refund
In the case of agreed decards, returned items or prepaid items that are cancelled before shipment, a full or partial refund of the purchase price must be made. Refunds are usually always made to the means of payment from which the payment came.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day right of return on the goods, starting from the day they are received, then 14 days to send it back. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it. Once the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You must bear the cost of return yourself.
The consumer may regret a purchase even if the item has been used. An item is only used if it is used beyond what is possible by testing the item in a physical store. If the item is used, a concrete assessment is made of what the item as used can be sold for to another consumer.
